Room was clean, bed was very comfortable. Breakfast included vouchers to Denny's so that was perfect, and it was literally on site. Super 8 is directly in front of this property and they share amenities. Plenty of parking. No elevators at this property though, so carrying luggage up flights of stairs may be a chore.

We enjoyed our stay. We’ll definitely book again.

Unique, ecclectic boutique hotel. Historic building well located for exploring Spokane walking to parks, museum and restaurants.

Big conference style hotel but a little different decor and ambiance compared to the big chains. Newish feel, clean, safe, good location. Staff friendly and hard working but as others have stated, maybe little short handed. In both the rooms we had, the fans did not come on in the bathrooms so they got a little steamy.
