Bring your own soap etc. I received 1 small bar. Room nice and clean and spacious. Roaming individuals are the downside of this property, was told homeless and fiends live in the woods nearby. Multiple mentally ill walk the property or near it.

There was no hot water for an entire night

Liked the convenient location, spacious room, decent breakfast. Staff was very nice as well. My biggest complaint was the number of loud, barking dogs on our floor, including a couple that barked and growled at us when we stepped out of our room into the hallway, and one in the breakfast area. When I am paying a premium price, for a hotel stay, I do not expect to feel like I am staying in a kennel! This was completely unacceptable!

It is in a very busy area of Durham. The walkability is good. However, it should be noted that the majority of the rooms are on an outdoor paths. The rooms were remodeled , but due to space limitations, our room lacked dual nighstands.

Clean room, free parking, bottled water to the room, kerug coffee maker, nice hot shower and nice smelling wash/shampoo. We left early at 5:15am and while breakfast wasn’t yet available, front desk had water, muffins, and breakfast bars to go.
