Staff is very kind and helpful, from the front desk, to the laundry, to the housekeepers.

Rooms are very nice, maintained and clean. Breakfast was very good with good hours. Staff was friendly and helpful. I GREATLY appreciated them helping with a loaner bear spray available from a previous guest so I didn't have to purchase one since I can't take it back on the airplane with me. Many thanks!!!!

The thermostat of AC (likely) did not function. AC was turning itself on/off randomly, blasting freezing air into small room despite room temp.being 5 or so def below settings. Similarly, the AC did not start when room was already warm - with small room in this hotel, it made pretty uncomfortable sleep + I even got sick (caught cold) from this blow of cold air ….

The property is very close to main road highway and railway lines so they need to do better sound proofing of rooms else in night of train honks and traffic sound

It’s a nice and clean hotel they also have great breakfast!

No hot water!? I paid for full amenities and didn’t get what I paid for!
