Cool little hotel. The decor is a bit aged but honestly feels somewhat nostalgic. Very very clean. Beds are SUPER COMFY with luxury feeling bedding and for the price…well worth it. Will return again.

Great property even while under construction. Check in easy even with a line—everyone at the front desk was friendly and outstanding. Facilities were clean, room was beautiful, and casino was lively. We were here for a show and the shuttle is the cat’s pajamas—the way back took a while but the effort to make things work is clearly evident. Late night food options were great. Staff overall are amazing with only one major exception—the security staff. Rude and unprofessional doesn’t quite cover it—No alcohol rule not a problem—maybe communicate it in advance. Or don’t be a jackwagon when searching a small cooler. Others easily passed with coolers and bags that went in searched. Good thing the front desk staff were awesome—and so was everyone else. Casino wait staff awesome too—but not security—stands around and glares—they need more to do. needs training in interpersonal communication and customer service. which is strange because it’s very clear all other staff are top. notch. Overall great experience

Room was clean and well stocked. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The fact that it was attached to Mall of America was outstanding.

Hotel was good. Lobby was clean and beautiful, staff were friendly. Our room was very large, but the sofa bed was incredibly worn and uncomfortable for our son to attempt to sleep on. Room was clean, though it does show some wear/age in places and some spots seem to have been missed during the checkout cleaning process. Pool was small but nice and warm. Gym area was fantastic. We would stay again and the location was really convenient for our needs.

Excellent hotel with a lot of amenities in the surrounding areas, very clean and glamorous!
