The hotel was good some staff could improve their attitudes

Everything was good till my smoke detector kept going off constantly

it was our second stay the room was better no mold in the window only problem was the shower wouldn’t stay close room 122

We stayed here for BCT graduation, the hotel is close to the base, it was very clean, the bed was fantastic! The only problem we had was during our stay the elevator broke and was down for a day plus the night time person at the desk was more interested in food she ordered that had a hair in it, than helping guests.

The property was clean enough, the room was clean enough, the 3rd floor smelled like sewage outside of the room. For the king bed they only gave 4 small throw pillows rather than actual pillows. The staff was very kind and friendly, it was very close to the airport, but I would not stay again.

Staff was friendly, breakfast was really good. A little outdated, but pretty clean. Our room was very humid, so much that everything felt damp our entire stay- the floor, the bedding, our belongings. There was mold in the AC unit. We had family staying in another room, they did not have this issue.

This is definitely a hidden gem here in the city. This is my first time staying here and it definitely won't be my last. I've been displaced due to a house fire and this hotel really made me feel welcome. Everyone was so friendly. The only complaint I have I told the front desk staff at check-out. I don't feel a need to add it here b/c it has been taken care of. I will be booking again in a few weeks while I wait for my home to be repaired.

Good overnight stay in our way to Florida. We will be back in our way home. I’d recommend. The breakfast was good. David at the front desk was friendly and very helpful!
