Phones are dirty. Toilet never worked. Had to call down only to find out the phone also never worked. The shower, the faucet was so hard to turn. There was stains on the window area. Bed was okay. Not worth 300 dollars a night

Staff was excellent and accommodating. Hotel was better than I expected. The pool area is big. Hot Tub was great. Overall room was better than I expected. Very spacious, loved the full fridge. The bathroom in the room could use a little TLC but nothing to complain about.

The hotel is very dated but the rooms have been updated. The only downfall of the room was the lack of coffee machine and the bathtub had a terrible stain where something had been ripped off the bottom. Both the evening clerk at the front desk and the morning clerk were very helpful.

Overall the stay was great. Staff was fantastic and accommodating. The bathroom definitely could use some TLC in the room. Also an exhaust fan. When you shower it gets so so humid.
