The staff were very nice and friendly. The hotel is older and has some issues. The elevator is a little clunky and very slow. The hotel served it's purpose but was nothing fancy. It is within minutes of the nearby hospital and that was what was important for my stay.

This place is absolutely phenomenal. The staff is organized, helpful, and go out of their way to make sure every need is met. This hotel and hotel staff really impressed me. I will 100% stay here again.

Everything is wonderful🤗Very nice and helpful staff. Food is great😋 Swimming pool and hot tub. Close by shopping malls and restauraunts. Excellent hotel is my #1 place to stay in whenever we go to El Paso.🤗 I dont like staying nowhere else.😁

THIS HOTEL IS A SCAM! NOT 3 STAR RATING! Its disgusting and old dirty broken furniture. My bathroom had no shower curtain. It was like a jail cell.

Every appliance worked great. Room was dirty when I arrived. Housekeeping was cleaning room when I arrived after 5pm. Front office was not friendly and didn't listen to instructions on cleaning room. My card was deactivated and was locked out one night. Had to wait for front office to come down and correct their mistake.

Nice convenient hotel in downtown El Paso. Loved the restaurant and rooftop bar. Our to go to stay in EP.

The only thing we liked about Boxtel was the location.
