Room was moist feeling, even after the a/c ran all night. the ADA bar in the shower was missing and poorly patched. Bathroom floor looked dingy. Bed was a spring mattress, I felt every movement from my husband. Lamp shades were cracked and dusty. Regarding breakfast, the juice machine was "out of order" and they only had two tables to sit at. They offered no protein, like sausage or eggs. We smelled cigarettes often.

Facility is falling apart. Mold in the room and bathroom. Garbage facility upon entering property was overflowing. Staff was great.

Not our first stay here, and won't be our last. We love the resort, it's very cozy. That said, they seem to run out of hot water at an alarming rate and with two young kids trying to get them cleaned up in an ice cold tub is kind of upsetting. They seem overall short-staffed but we still really enjoy this resort.

Room was clean and comfortable. Close to town.

No microwave or frig in room

When I arrived no one was at the check-in desk. I waited. A worker mopping the floor went in and got someone. I wanted to check in early, 1: 30 p.m., but was told I could not since check-in was not till 3:00 p.m. I have not had this issue before at other hotels. I was not happy because I was going on 3 hours of sleep and really wanted to just get into my room. I realize check-in was 3:00 p.m., but you can't tell me there wasn't one clean room available. Breakfast was good.

This place was great. It exactly met our needs. There is a great gym, a really nice heated indoor pool and a cute little park. We stayed in one of the townhouses. It was clean and had everything we needed to make meals. We will definitely come back next time we visit WV
