Salida Vacation Packages

First I will say that this hotel was conveniently located to everything we had planned to do there. Front desk staff was kind but not really friendly. Probably just a shy teenager. The room was clean, although very small, barely room for the little trash can in the bathroom. We ended up in a 2 queen room for just my husband and I. I would not want to stay in this room with a couple kids. It would be way to small for a family. The beds were extremely hard and the pillows were flat. Breakfast was usual continental with cereal, pastries, etc, but at least they had some boiled eggs for protein. We probably wouldn't stay here again.

WELL, TO BEGIN WITH, WE CHECKED IN AT 4 O'CLOCK AND COULD NOT GET OUR ROOM TILL 6 O'CLOCK. THAT WAS PRETTY FRUSTRATED. THE REST OF THE STAY WAS OKAY BUT I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY HUNDRED DOLLAR DEPOSIT FOR INCIDENTIALS BACK YET, AND IT'S BEEN A MONTH

It’s hard to write a bad review —AND our experience at this property was not good. The main issue is that the photos posted online are either out of date or completely inaccurate or quite frankly totally misleading. The building seemed to be in terrible repair, access to our room required traversing multiple rickety staircases, then the room itself wasn’t clean or comfortable. We had planned to stay two nights but cancelled the second night immediately upon arrival. Stay somewhere else. It’s not worth the trouble. This town is cute but that doesn’t matter if you’re trapped in a roach motel for your stay.

Beautifully designed hotel with excellent gym, pool facilities lobby and courtyard. We really enjoyed the proximity to the lift for mountain biking and strolling the village. Rooms are stylishly designed with a generous amount of space. We look forward to returning again soon!

The first unit had no running hot water to the showers, and the washing machine was as loud as a freight train, really! We moved to a different property and unit, and the second unit was much better. Issue there was having to repack, move and unpack again, was no deal at all!!! G. Brown

Parking is tricky during a conference. Just moving between lots. Parked at multiple lots and had to move my car because of the timing. One lot ended at 3 and needed time added but I was in a conference. In the morning I grabbed my car so I put my luggage in but then went to the conference for the day but that lot needed time added at 3pm. I would have just paid for the day.

Great family oriented resort. The kids loved the pool and slide. We appreciated the on-site BBQ. We'll definitely be back for more.
