Our room was dark and dingy. The hallways were also dingy. All of the carpets were old and worn. Our room had a musty odor. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. The evening desk clerk was very helpful and resolved a TV issue for us. We ate in the restaurant and the food was mediocre at best. The location next to the interstate was good. We would not stay again.

The hotel is very nice. We had a room on the top floor with a view out the NW facing the visitor center. The room was clean and ready. The bathroom was really nice, and well laid out. The bar is still not open so don’t go by the pictures in the listing, but it wasn’t why we picked this hotel anyway. The staff were friendly, helpful and non intrusive. The art galleries are nice but limited. The location is great if you want to stay downtown but for the price, parking should be included at the lot across the street. It’s Lexington KY not NYC… No breakfast included but we could walk easily to a nice little place a few blocks away.

Great spot, nice rooms. Lovely breakfast spot. Be sure to enjoy the patio.

This hotel was first rate, clean room, great breakfast, well maintained. We would stay here again.

There was a small issue with our room, unfortunately it was after hours so the front desk staff, although very kind, were unable to correct the issue. We were able to contact the general manager and he was able to get us to another room very quickly. Over all a good stay!

Ms Carla was a woman looking after everyone at breakfast making sure we had an enough to eat and that the eating area was neat and tidy. She was FABULOUS! All people we dealt with at the front desk were polite and efficient.
