The shower in room 103 was either all cold or all hot so I had to take a bath instead. Also the night clerk was very helpful when my AC/Heating unit had to be reset, she came to the room and reset it for me. She was very helpful and professional.

The room service was terrible

Staff was excellent. Quiet property. Only issue was bathroom needed some attention, particularly the bathroom door did not latch and pushed open with AC running.

Everything was very easy at check in. Front staff was friendly. Bed nice and comfy and the price was good and the breakfast was good, not a whole lot but enough to fill you up and what they did have tasted good. The eggs turkey sausages and croissants and the coffee was great! The coffee was fresh brewed from the coffee machine. Took a minute but it was worth it. I would stay again.

This property is under renovation which there was no advisement of. There was no lobby access or check in desk. Bathrooms in main area were closed and single bathroom not clean. First room air conditioner was broken and had to change rooms after allowing maintenance to try and repair. Room bathrooms were not maintained. Plus was Ruth’s Chris on property for quick dinner and pool.

Liked the location—convenient to interstate and other main roads but not in busy traffic area. Staff and service were great,

Every thing as expected

Beyond the staff control a large water leak into a the breakfast serving area compromised the breakfast choices but the serving staff did a very good job finding alternative choices.
