San Dimas Vacation Packages

Basic clean room just to sleep and the hotel is 3 minutes walk from the metro station. Most of the TV channels are boring or not of clear quality though. Someone is always mending the front desk, just that you wont get to see them in person but via video.

Bathroom NO lock, it is open all the time, we were five 4 females and 1 male, also we found two roaches one in the bathroom and one in the main room lavatory

The hotel staff was friendly and knowledgeable regarding the area. Dominic was helpful whenever I needed anything. The property is clean and the pool/jacuzzi well maintained. There were many parking places close to our room. It's about a 15 minute walk to Disneyland, not the 8 minutes advertised. Still close enough to walk back to room for a break during the day. Microwave and small refrigerator in room that was nice. The beds were clean and comfortable and there were many towels for our use. My only complaint is that the carpets seemed to be in need of being steam cleaned. They left our feet black on the soles or our socks black when we were walking throughout the room. Between the beds seemed a little sticky. We would probably stay here again, but use house shoes or flips to walk while in the room.

The hotel offers a truly memorable stay, blending comfort with a distinct sense of character that sets it apart from standard accommodations. From the moment of arrival, the atmosphere feels warm and thoughtfully designed, with staff who are attentive without being overwhelming.

Great location. Clean room. Helpful staff. The wifi was out for the final day of my trip which was frustrating but it was out of the staff's hand.
