Lovely room and helpful staff. The shuttle to downtown was out of commission so they provided free Lyft rides to and from the Plaza. Excellent service at the breakfast buffet, keeping everything clean and stocked. Will stay here again whenever back in Santa Fe.

This was a resort property that had a restaurant /dining room that had awesome food and reasonable prices. It was quite convenient. The maintenance office was very responsive to a problem we had initially with the AC. Laurie (Lorrie?) was super helpful. The unit we rented (312) had an underground garage parking spot right next to the elevator. Also very convenient. The unit itself had every amenity you could want including a full Xfinity TV cable lineup. The report also has an executive golf course with very reasonable rates for vacationers to play. My only complaint (very minor) was that there was not really a separate bedroom TV. There was a monitor that you could watch whatever the person in the living room was watching...but no way to get separate channels.. Overall I highly recommend this resort to anyone who wants a comfortable resort-style experience in Santa Fe.

Couldn't operate the TV in the living room. Staff came to help but as soon as they left I couldn't operate the TV again. Some paint needed in the bathroom next to the tub. Ants in the kitchen. Walked to the city center and square. Overall it was very enjoyable. I would stay there again.

I love this place. Location is good and walkable. Breakfast is delicious too. Staff are very friendly. The rooms are very clean and comfortable.

Las Palomas is such a hidden gem near the Plaza, I almost hate to let others know about it ... hoping it doesn't become out of our reach due to increased popularity since we love everything about it!

We had an amazing stay there! Delicious food and drinks at the bar and food truck.

Had an issue with my booking, but hotels.com and the front desk got it all taken care of, and made our stay perfect. Lovely hotel, and very friendly staff.

The inn is amazing. The rooms are so beautiful and spacious. The staff is outstanding and helped us with our luggage and driving us to and from a restaurant. The snacks in the room were delicious and the little gifts were a nice touch. I would definitely stay here again.
