No pool no heater , location is ok ,don’t let money in your room stealing

We were supposed to have a 3 bedroom but something had happened and rhey accommodated us different which is ok. However, the room we stayed at smelled like something had died. We opened up the windows and that helped some but I have no idea what that smell was.

Very nice hotel. The staff was very professional, friendly and accommodating. The hotel was very clean and looks the part of an exclusive place. If I were staying in the area again I would choose the same place.

Perfect location in Cuzco! Just ask for a room away from the street. A bit noisy due traffic but heck all Cuzco got terrible traffic lately!

Very responsive with rides from the airport. Got complicated with lost baggage, they helped navigate and were sympathetic.
