The staff was so helpful. We were there for a concert at the commonwealth stadium and it was very convenient to take the train right from our hotel. We were able to park our vehicle safely on the hotel property.

Hotel was very clean, good location.

It was a quiet and cozy stay with a great location with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby within walking distance. Miles and John we're very helpful with the sign-in process. Will definitely stay again when we're back to Edmonton

Went for the free breakfast on my last morning and there was a good variety. Originally had a room facing Whyte St. and it was quite loud late into the early morning. Contacted front desk and they moved me to a different room. Parking is inconvenient if you do not opt for valet (which can get busy). If planning to not use your car too much it may work. Lots of restaurants and shopping in close vicinity.

The beds were very comfortable and clean, everything worked and service was excellent. One problem I had was I couldn’t find information on how to reach the front desk so I had to go down to get help. The breakfast was ok….coffee was weak, I would have preferred bacon over sausages. Overall a comfortable experience and I would return.
