We very much enjoyed this experience. The room was very clean, check in was a breeze, and parking was VERY convenient. The room was quiet, the AC worked quite well, and my wife and I enjoyed the creative setup. Very roomy, very comfortable.

We stayed at the Pinyon. Pro: The location was great. Walking distance to supermarket, restaurants and the springdale shuttle stop. A/C was great at such a hot day. This was a hot tub right at back of this unit but we didnt get to use it. We got to check in early which was nice. Good communication via email. We got more than enough towels to use. Con: Random noise throughout the day and that made the sleep less pleasant. K cup machine was broken and we didn't get a replacement even though we requested. Only 1 tv, out of 3 tv's, would work at a time. The accessible bathroom shower area did not have a curtain to prevent from splashing. Would be nice to have a curtain at least. Counter top for sink was too high. There was no step stool in the unit for young kids.

Clean spacious room. We'll maintained for an older property. Bathroom was completely remodeled and very nice. Management and staff were very attentive and pleasurable. Parking is a bit cramped but doable. Great location! Once parked you can walk or ride the shuttle anywhere. Nice 3 star hotel! Perfect choice for me because it leaves money in my budget for eating out...and I love to eat. Really good restaurants up and down the street. I had a wonderful time!

Really enjoyed staying here during our trip. The hosts were so amazing and made you feel right at home. You can tell they truly care about what they do and it shows throughout the property. Definitely will be planning a trip back!

Great location, clean room, clean pool, everything was great close to everything. Only thing was breakfast could be better but still great. Loved that they have a coffee and tea station 24 hrs with good coffee

This is such a good, affordable hotel!! Would definitely come here again.
