I would highly recommend, the service I received was impeccable and just a wonderful experience! I was a bit hesitant regarding the location but once I got there, it turned out to be perfect. The concierge staff was such a pleasure to work with especially ‘Jerry’, who provided recommendations and information. This was such a blessing to us. I would stay here again in a heart beat. It’s a must stay!

Casa Panama Hotel has an excellent location in Casco Viejo, and the staff kindly held our luggage. However, the rooms are small, and the hotel shares an elevator with the restaurant upstairs. Overall, it was an okay stay for one night, with the location being the main highlight. The pool is on the roof in the middle of the restaurant. Wi-fi was very spotty.

I dont like that I was charged $80USD a day for someone to just visit my room. Its exploitation because hotel rules and guides state a charge of $23 to include another adult on the reservation. From the inception l knew it was organized crime but it wasn’t worth addressing at the time. Be aware of the “helpful” front desk staff that use bullish tactics to exploit customers.

Nice rooms! Great staff!
