No room service even thought they have information on how to order in the rooms. Balcony had cigarette buts and open catchup packets.

The Hacienda was an amazing place for my wife and I to celebrate our anniversary in Santa Fe. The hotel is in a great location, not far from the square. The breakfast and happy hour were great and having a shuttle readily available is extremely useful. The hotel was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff really prides themselves in what they do there and it shows. All in all my wife and I loved this place and plan to stay again next time we are in Santa Fe!

1st room of a 3 night stay was terrible...shower was moldy and room smelled bad. Moved rooms immediately with no problem. 2nd room was good. Waking up after 3rd night we found bed bugs. Still waiting on Manager to contact me. Usually, we have no problems as we are frequent visitors and are treated very well. Don't know what happened this visit ??

Perfect location great staff that was so accommodating kind and welcoming. The room was pretty. Everyone was really great.

Overall, it's a nice hotel and well kept. Everything was great, except for some issues in the room. Bathroom fan did not work, the refrigerator did not work well at all. The television did not connect to wifi for is to watch Netflix, and lastly seemed like the room was not sound proof very well.
