Clean room just not maintained well. Old everything and rusting. Couldn’t get the fan to stop in the bathroom which was loud. Our tv turned off randomly at night and the outlet stopped working making our lamps not work either. Not many outlets to plug in your phone. The elevator is scary old thing, did not like to use it. No breakfast at this location in SLC. Close to very nice hotels but more of a sketchy motel. Owe were surprise hoping for like a comfort inn vibe but way down hill then those.

The room itself was fine and as advertised. It’s just that we explicitly asked about their amenities, their hot tub, and pool, a few days before booking. We were told that those would be available. But when we got there, they were not.

Place is looking a little dated. Bed was kinda lumpy. It reminds me of those out-of-town people that just try to get all they can out of a place and do the minimum without concern for their guests. Oh yeah, you have to take out their garbage too.

We had hoped for an early check in, but the room Wes not available until about an hour after the normal check in time. The property was otherwise quite nice and centrally located.

Only downside was that they charge for WiFi. Today, even most lower tier hotel offer WiFi for free. That would make it easy to access the WiFi. As a member, it was free for me, but I still had to go through the hassle of connecting. I kept getting error messages so I changed my password. Then I got a message that the password I just changed was incorrect. This kept happening over and over. It should just connect by my room number.
