I just want to mention the desk clerk, Dade. He was so helpful and kind and seemed sincerely interested in making sure I had a convenient room and a pleasant stay. I left at 4 am, and he helped me take my things to my car. In an era when public-facing staff seem increasingly complacent, bored, or downright rude, as is often my experience in hotels, Dade was a breath of fresh air.

The staff were very attentive and so super kind and accommodating. Rooms were very clean we had a great stay here

Poor service on the front desk

Place is great, we recommend it, everytime we travel to Garden City this is my favorite place to stay, very clean, stuff is the best, very quiet, we always rest so good,the hot tub is the most important thing for us we relax for a little and my granddaughter enjoy the pool while we are relaxing, if you love to eat without going out from this place they have restaurant inside and a bar 🍸 at night, you wake up and they have a delicious breakfast buffet included in your room, or if you would like to eat something different you can order and is charging to your card. Thank you to the wonderful stuff we woke up a little bit late and I asked to have a late check out and they were so nice and understanding and give us extra 30 minutes, thanks to the Clairon Inn, hope to come back soon again.

The property was clean, quiet, and affordable

Our room was clean when we checked in but for some reason we had no maid service during our entire stay-3 days. We had to go to the front desk to ask for clean towels and both our trashcans were full and overflowing by the time we left. We were also not able to use the pool-it was under some kind of repairs or maintenance, or waiting for certification. We got several different stories from the clerks. One of the clerks did give us a discount because of that-which we appreciated.
