When I arrived to check in I was given a 2nd floor room although on my reservation I'd requested an ada room. The person was helpful and got us switched to a ground floor room but informed me they didn't have ada rooms at that hotel (which is illegal in Oregon). Housekeeping was finishing up with the room when we drove over to it, she exited the room with a 6-8mo old baby on her hip. The outside of the hotel had lots of moss, missing paint, our door had parts falling off of it. Inside there had been remodeling done, semi recent carpet, paint and wallpaper. The bathroom door was too small for my travel companion to get through with a walker so they had to hope they didn't fall on the floor on the way to and from the toilet. The toilet was very low and they required help getting up as it was lower than even an average toilet. Breakfast was provided however there were flies landing on items. I grabbed a yogurt from the fridge to find that it was warm and so was the fridge. I will not return or recommend and will be following up with the Department of Justice over ada compliance.

Loved the accommodations in general. Cute decor. Fantastic view. Our cabin was not as clean as we had hoped in certain areas of it.

Best hotel of our entire 3-week road trip! This was the last stop of our three-week road trip, and honestly, we couldn’t have picked a better place to finish it. After staying at around 20 different hotels along the way, The Florentine Waterfront Hotel easily took the #1 spot for us. Everything about our stay was excellent — beautiful property, great location, very clean and comfortable, and just an amazing atmosphere. After being on the road for three weeks, this was exactly the kind of place we wanted for our final stop. We stayed at many great hotels during this trip, but this one really stood out. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it. A perfect ending to an unforgettable road trip! 5/5.
