We arrived and immediately received the warmest of welcomes from Ed & Christine the owners & so knowledgeable about the area & great restaurants nearby. They even made dinner reservations for us. Our room was as cute as described with a view that was amazing. Of cause Christine’s baked goods are not to be missed. The Mount Battie Motel is a must if your looking for a great place to stay & enjoy the area.

Very clean and nice! Will be booking again if so come back up to Maine.

Our stay at Bar Harbor Condo was wonderful. It was everything we wanted and more. Safe location, Clean, comfortable, FABULOUS location, & a great parking spot. We walked everywhere in town - dinner, Bar Harbor Island at low tide, the pier for our Sunset Cruise, shopping, etc. There is a grocery store and convenience store right down the street too. And the entrance to Acadia is minutes away. So convenient and CUTE!! We had a great time on our 3 generation girls trip! The hosts responded to all our questions immediately too. 5 stars all the wat!

The staff were very accommodating. They thought of everything! From backpacks and umbrellas you can borrow for the day to complimentary snacks and coffee, the Yellow House Inn makes traveling easy. The location is perfectly located near everything in town. We walked to every store and restaurant, the shore path, and Bar Island. The national park entrance is only minutes away. We were on an anniversary trip, and I couldn’t recommend it enough to other travelers looking for a quiet, convenient, and charming place to stay!

We love the staff at the property!!! Michelle at the front desk made us feel like part of the family. She made sure our every needs were fulfilled and always went out of her way to help us. Dannette is the encyclopedia of the area. She shared her knowledge of the surrounding harbors and we loved all the places off the beaten path she recommended. We normally wouldn’t stay at a motel, but we had a hard time to say goodbye at Anchorage Motel!

The hotel was very convenient to all the stores and restaurants in Bar Harbor. They had granola bars, oatmeal, and other snacks available in the morning.
