The room we stayed in should not be in service! The fire sprinklers had black electrical tape over them and the smoke alarm had no battery nor was it plugged in. The fire marshal should investigate this place! There was pet urine stains all over the floor. The body mirror was gone from bathroom door and the handle was broke completely off to enter the bathroom. The indoor pool was completely drained and looks like it’s been that way for awhile. The grounds hasn’t been cared for, it is overgrown which is not pleasing to the eye. They say it’s a smoke free hotel however I witnessed people walking out with cigarettes in their hands. People smoke right in front of the door, so you walk through their smoke. Workers park their vehicles under the awning and smoke in their cars. This place seems to have people living there like apartment living. I even witnessed a man go by the overflowing dumpster and urinate. This place is run down and I would not stay here again!!!

Beautiful house and clean rooms! Perfectly equipped with everything!

Location was excellent, and hotel room overall very nice. But housekeeping was just average. We always had to ask front desk (who did accommodate) for clean towels, tissue, toilet paper and hand soap replenishment during our stay.

All was a very good stay

First, the good: The location was great. Quick walk to the beach, plenty of quick-stop type of places for ice and other items (you definitely need to order a sandwich at Anthony’s Liquors!). Short drive to lots of restaurants and other entertainment. The kitchen was well-appointed (bring coffee filters!) and the furnishings comfortable. The not-so-good: The floor was really grubby. My 10 month old grandson’s feet and hands were black within 15 min of crawling around on the floors, despite them appearing clean. The bathrooms were clean-ish. Otherwise, it was clean enough. Check in was confusing because you can’t check in till 5 and the office closes at 5, so ??? I was finally able to get in touch with someone who gave me instructions for accessing the keys to room. Bottom line: I’d stay here again.

Management might want to address the black mold in the bathrooms and the none opening windows in the bathroom. Also there was not screen in the front window.

Ants in the room, spiderwebs, insects, and old dirt in the stairways, TVs didn't work in the rooms- most channels didn't have subscriptions.. Check-in desk and Continental breakfast was at another hotel on the property. Beds were comfortable.
