My husband and I booked a king room. When we got there, the guy behind the counter let us check in a bit early and everything seemed great. However, when we got to our room we found that we were given a double queen. And when we spoke to the guy at the counter, he seemed very indifferent and did not seem to want to solve the issue as he just said "well this is what I have you down for, you can keep it or get a refund and try to find a new hotel". We decided to stay since it was a holiday weekend and everything around us was booked. We only stayed 2 night but we found the tv was tiny and the desk chair in the room was broken. Not to mention the very low pressure of the toilet so it did not flush well. It was clean and fairly quiet and the housekeeping guy was wonderful, as he provided us extra towels and held the elevator for us when he saw us walking in. The breakfast was decent for what it was. Overall, it was a decent stay for the price, but wish it had been better.

Good place to overnight.

The hotel was built in 1997 by John Q Hammons, a SW MO business man and philanthropist who has since expired and the property is now owned by Atrium hospitality which cut staff, services and other amenities while raising prices and running the property into the ground. Signs of neglect and decay are clearly visible particularly in the swimming pool and in the rooms As is common with takeovers and buyouts, the new owners are more interested in short term pecuniary gain than long term viability.

The reason we gave it only a 3 rating is because the suite had not been carefully cleaned before us. Our 2-yr-old grandson found partly-eaten snacks, a penny, a dime, and a quarter on the floor. When he walked around his bare feet got QUITE dirty. We had to sweep the kitchen before even bringing our things in because of all the crumbs on the floor. This has been one of our favorite places to stay in Branson - we hope they can improve the cleaning going forward.

Great place to stay for a few days to explore Branson. The pool was under renovation and even though the room was amazing.. it was missing a full mirror.. ladies need this.. Also the tub had a hose that leaked.. otherwise great area quiet and safe..

This is a motel type hotel not a 4 star by any means. It was clean though but for the price we paid we could have booked an actual 4-star. No elevator. It was clean. Bed was ok. AC made a creaking noise. Breakfast was not that good but I don't expect much from continental breakfast anyways. If I wanted to book a motel for half the price I would've given 5 stars in review, but I can't anymore because hotels.com mentions its a 4 star hotel whereas its really a well-kept motel.

Everything was great, room was clean, had mini fridge and microwave, bed was comfortable, bathroom was clean. Breakfast was very good. Only disappointment was that the pool was only open until 10 and it was right in the road and you had to walk up the parking lots big hill to get there.

The website was deceiving. The room was nothing like the website. Very disappointing. The pool areas were nice. And checking in was easy. Staff was nice.
