DO NOT STAY HERE——What should have been a relaxing stay turned into an infuriating and exhausting ordeal due to gross negligence and unprofessional conduct by the property management company overseeing this privately owned condo. On my second day I left briefly for breakfast and after I returned I was shocked to discover that the door code to my condo did not work, leaving me locked out of the property. I called the property management office multiple times before anyone answered. When I finally did get through, I was placed on hold for over 50 minutes before anyone offered assistance. Being stranded outside the property that I paid for is completely unacceptable. Also the shower-head broke off, rendering one of the bathrooms unusable. I was happy to pay the nightly rate but I requested a refund of the property management fee, given that the services it supposedly covered—responsiveness, maintenance, and reliable access—were nonexistent. My request was denied, and instead I was offered a $250 voucher, which is entirely insufficient and frankly insulting given the circumstances. What I received was hours of inconvenience, unresponsiveness, and unacceptable conditions. I would NOT recommend this property as long as it’s being managed by Eurorentals.

Beautiful area. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Though my experience at the restaurant on site was not the greatest, the stay at the cabin outweighed the negatives. The complimentary s’mores was also an awesome touch.

The view of Lake Champlain is beautiful. We really liked the breakfast to go bar. Only one complaint. There were flies buzzing around room one. The windows were closed, but we could not see where they were coming in from.

Wonderful staff, location and property. Highly recommend

The location is great (even though the directions on the website and Expedia are wrong and we found the place with Apple Maps). We loved that it was easily walkable to downtown and plenty of options for activities nearby. The walking path from downtown to just down the road from the lodge was amazing. We are definitely planning to go back and try to book one of the cabins!!
