The room was basic and overpriced and the staff didn’t seem to like being bothered. They were very short and seemed unhappy. But the shower had amazing water pressure so they made up for it with that!!

Loved location! Restaurants within walking distance, great pool and comfortable beds

The Inn is SO beautiful. We were awed by the grandeur. The period elegance is amazing. I would go back to Saginaw just to stay here!

Original room was not ready we ended up waiting around for over an hour just to be switched to a different room. Once finally in our room it wasn't cleaned properly. There was jelly dripped down a table with globs of it on the floor & on the side of the couch. There was a used bandaid on the floor. Mens hair in the sink. The shampoo bottles in the bathroom were empty. The shower dripped the whole time & we had a problem with our toilet. The blinds were also broken. Front desk staff were nice & apologetic.

Nice motel. No thrills, comfortable bed, clean, everything worked. Fair price for just needing a place to sleep.

Overall, our stay was enjoyable. The facility is quite nice, the staff friendly and helpful, and cleanliness was very good. My only complaint is that our room had no hot water. Neither of us could shower in the morning because the water temperature was lukewarm at best - certainly not warm enough for showering, barely warm enough to even get cleaned up. I mentioned it to the front desk clerk at check out and she was apologetic but no alternative offered. So basically, tough luck, we’ll let maintenance know, hope you’ll give us a second chance in the future. Again, our experience was without issue, but the one thing that wasn’t acceptable left us with an unfavorable impression. I probably would return in the future; next time, I’ll check the hot water temp when I first check in and be more proactive if it’s not adequate. I would still recommend this place with that one caveat.
