We had a great experience with this property. Everything was clean and we have no complaints!

When we arrived late afternoon there was a note attached to the front door directing us to our room and that they were busy with another client, but did supply a number to call. Our room door was wide open with the keys laying on a table. We did try to call to ask about the wifi and breakfast. We received a text, 3 hours later, with the wifi info and that we were not getting breakfast or coffee as it was not included. I understand about breakfast, but no coffee? There was no TV's anywhere and I do not remember seeing that on the site, but I may have overlooked. The house itself was nice, historical, but we were not overwhelmed by it, nor the lack of attention to customers by the owners. Very overpriced for what you get.

Breakfast was adequate, nothing extraordinary. Clean and quiet rooms, though somewhat dated. Good value when just passing through.

Everything was so clean, however, Royal, the front desk clerk.. she was just amazing!! She was so kind! We were a late night check in staying the night on our way to Charleston. Royal just made our stop through extra perfect! She was so accommodating and personable! Give this woman a raise! She knows how to make a girl feel safe and taken care of. If we ever need to stop and stay in Columbus again, I will be making sure we stay here. Very pleased for the extra affordable price we paid. And the bed comfort wasn’t too bad either!

We did indulge in the pool but we came at a time of the year were it’s probably not ideal to swim in a pool if it’s not heated but that didn’t stop my family from trying it out because it was a beautiful and perfect pool. :)
