Our stay was wonderful. The property is beautiful with great spots to drink coffee, read, or do work. The staff were friendly, helpful, available, and fast. Our room was beautiful and comfortable and clean.

A/C broke and room was very hot. Also had hair in the shower at check- in. But the pool was nice and food at the bar was delicious. Was a great experience once but not worth the money in my opinion.

Very good check in instructions. Very roomy and very quiet. Much more relaxing than a hotel room. Worth every penny.

Fire alarm went off at 2:30am. This has happened to me in other hotels. Not a huge deal. It’s how this place handled it is why I give 1 star. The one guy working was overwhelmed. Took over an hour outside to get the clear to go back to our rooms. However, the fire doors were locked shut, the one overwhelmed employee didn’t have a clue. Now my stuff is locked in a room. Took even longer for him to finally call someone. Felt he was trying to avoid that at all cost. His lack of training and professionalism quadrupled the inconvenience.
