There’s nothing spectacular or stunning about this place, but it is clean, the owners are helpful, everything works. A great spot if you want a place to crash and spend your waking time enjoying the city of Eugene.

Fine for the price. Located conveniently near a Whole Foods and other amenities. Staff were very friendly. Good enough spot to lay your head while on the road.

The hotel was very clean, quiet and across the street from UO. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Good place to stay again

I checked in around 9 p.m., and the front desk staff were quite welcoming. Although the room felt somewhat aged and outdated, it was clean given its history. The space is generally quiet unless people are speaking outside.

We appreciated the overall relaxed atmosphere. Our late check in was a breeze. Our modern cabin was clean, the staff was extremely professional, helpful and friendly. Our view was stunning and we enjoyed having s’mores around our campfire. We enjoyed a leisurely night swim in the pool, which was well kept and clean. We chose Bay Point Landing because the property is pet friendly. Our dog enjoyed our walks around the Bay. We will definitely be back whenever we visit Coos Bay!
