Great room and very clean, but door had a huge gap between door and frame, and there was just a deadbolt, no latch that allows a guest to open door while still secured. If I hadn't been staying there with a friend, I would've felt nervous staying there alone.

Beautiful well-appointed large room and bathroom. Location in Dayton is a short drive to other towns, wineries, and restaurants in the region. Next time we come back, we will book the Inn at Dayton.

The apartment is incredibly fresh, and well designed & equipped. It’s located in a nice neighborhood surrounded by cute coffee shops, boutiques, restaurants and the train station- which passes at 7am and around 9am. We didn’t mind the noise, but it’s something to take into consideration if you’re a light sleeper.

Room was sufficient. We were right along the street at the entrance and cars raced up and down the road all night. Was awakened by what sounded like either gunshots or a car that backfired. Did have coffee and a continental breakfast. The guy at the front desk never looked up from his phone when we entered the lobby. No acknowledgement to anyone. Sufficient parking and decent sized room.

We needed a safe place to park our e‑bikes overnight, and the staff went out of their way to lock them up securely for us. The Campbell House is such a beautiful historic bed and breakfast, and it remains our favorite place to stay in Eugene. The location is perfect for walking to many of the fun things the city has to offer, and we especially love how close it is to the river trail bike system and the city’s extensive network of bike lanes. Breakfast is another highlight: a delicious choice of sweet or savory, always served with a warm scone and fresh fruit to start the day right. And when you return, the beautifully manicured lawn and garden offer a peaceful retreat away from the busy city. It’s thoughtful touches like these that make the Campbell House truly special.

While we didn't think this would be like a room at the Holiday Inn, we weren't prepared for the cute little room we got. The rooms are what used to be a RR station and have been upfitted with enough modern conveniences that you won't be disappointed - surprised, but not disappointed. Our room (and I assume the others are like this) was filled with gadgets, devices, and appliances that were vintage for the time the RR was operating and stopped there (think early 1900's). It was fun to try and figure out what these items were used for back in the day. They have WiFi, a refrigerator, a stove, and a microwave so you're not back in the 1900's yourself. It's an interesting mix of eclectic, nostalgic, and quaint. Very nice!
