The hotel is only a few minutes from the airport. The free shuttle arrived within a few minutes of being called. The hotel itself is older, and could use a little updating, but the rooms were large, comfortable and very clean. The staff was absolutely the best, extremely helpful and able went the extra mile to help us. They even allowed us to use one of the conference rooms when our party of twelve ordered pizza. If you're looking for an upscale resort hotel, this not the place for you. If you're looking for a clean and comfortable place for a short stay, then I recommend giving them a try.

When properties use third-party company such as vending companies and then when something goes wrong with these vending machines, they try to blame it on the bending companies. However, if you’re putting these vending machines in your place of business, you better make damn sure they work because it’s a bad look on your company to have product in there that doesn’t service your company. The only one I hold responsible is the hotel owner.

Great location, comfortable, fun amenities and vibe.

The staff went above and beyond when our flight was cancelled and we had to move our dates. They handled all our questions with kindness. Very excellent staff! The only negative would be the noise from the road but that is all.

No elevator to get luggage down to lower level

This is one of the better places have stayed at. Here are the reasons very cozy, small hotel, excellent service and incredibly clean immaculate property. The big bonus was the breakfast which you can (room service) to your room for no additional cost. The breakfast was very tasty and as we stayed here 4 nights had great variety too. We didn’t use the shuttle but I’m sure it was very helpful for others. Would definitely recommend and stay here again while in Juneau.
