it was a clean room. however 2 things needs a little improvement. 1 ) the air conditioning was not cold enough we put the temperature down to 65 degrees and the room was not cold enough and 2ndly in the near future will you be installing a microwave in each room? staff, the parking, clean room and casino was excellent . other than the 2 items mentioned overall the hotel is very nice.

I loved the suite it was so spacious and they have a 24 hour fitness center! I enjoyed my stay there.

The room was small, but fine. The bed was comfortable. The TV was too big so it covered the thermostat control panel, and the remote Guide button didn’t work. Also, the water pressure in the shower was super weak… glad I didn’t need to wash my hair. But location, general vibe, and staff were great.

Great place to stay for a night after exploring all day. I was able to see the city right from the window. Recommend this place for sure

The property was outdated but fine. The room seemed clean. There was not rest during our stay here. You can hear everything going on outside and every door that opens and closes. There I security guard on the floor that keeps walking around and his radio is so loud, someone is constantly talking on the other side that we could not sleep multiple nights. It is in the great location but I would recommend paying little extra for some good sleep at night.

There is a family lounge and pool and it was really helpful for us. (we have 2 kids bc7&4 yo) The spacious room with full kitchen is very comfortable as well. We have 2 negative points. One is location. It is located around River North but a little bit far from the busy area. So there are not so many places to eat around. Another one is the water pressure in the shower is very weak.

This hotel was in a great location for easy access to the Illinois Medical District. Ample parking (for a fee) and convenient food court steps away from the hotel. Hotel is new, clean, and well-maintained. I found all staff courteous and helpful. Thank you for a comfortable stay!
