Housekeeping failed to clean the room properly, leaving surfaces dirty and neglected. To make matters worse, I found cockroaches inside the room. Management needs to address their pest control and housekeeping staff immediately, as these conditions are a clear health hazard. Avoid staying here until severe improvements are made. When I reported the pest issue to the front desk, the staff showed zero accountability or empathy. The ladies at the desk dismissively claimed they would only get around to handling it "if they could," using the excuse that they had "too many rooms to manage." Bugs in a room are a serious health hazard, not an optional maintenance item to deal with whenever it's convenient. Between the unsanitary conditions and the defensive, dismissive attitude of the staff, this was an absolute nightmare experience. Do not stay here. I strongly advise avoiding this hotel.
