Sheets were wrinkled-had to double check to make sure they were clean. Complimentary water on day of arrival which was nice. Free airport shuttle-pickup was great-departure so so. Driver was not friendly, refused to wear his safety belt -so heard the ding ding the entire way. On the upside the server at the bar was friendly, kept checking on us. Overall okay hotel. Service hit and miss.

My family enjoyed several days at this hotel. The staff were always great with every interaction. My little one loved the pool! It was a really good time away, and we will probably try to stay here again in the future.

Hotel was attractive and felt safe. The room was very nice and the property was quiet. Breakfast was very nicely presented and it was obvious the person in charge of that takes pride in their work. The attendant was very mindful and cheerful.

The first room they gave me the air conditioning didn't work and the window was out of its frame, only thing holding it from hitting the ground was the curtains. The second room they gave me was fine except for the tv did not work. A couple of the ice machines wern't working. The breakfast was usual for hotels. Overall they just need to fixa lot of stuff which they seem to be working on.
