Excellent room

Always stay at Tropicana, this time the elevators weren’t working. It took over 20-30 min to wait for one.

The room service people never picked up the phone. The rooms are dirty with years of dirts not cleaned properly. We could not even ask where to warm up my baby formula water. They wont even provide you microwave or crib. Wont even suggest even when they will see you with twins. There is no free breakfast, just a buffet thats also when you will offer $25 for adults and $13 for kids. I had 11 month old twins and for two nights and 3 days my twins could not have any proper meal because of lack of communication among the staff. They will also charge 35$ for valet parking and 25$ for self parking per day. We had to walk extra mile every day so they would not be able to rob us.

Nice place for the $$$.

Everything was good other than the shower it weird and the sink kept getting clogged other than that really nice !
