I was scamer by the Valet parking he charged me 30$ USD plus tip wen i arrived and was charged again wen i left and they was not suprised for that doyble charge

Someone pee’d in the bed that I slept in. At first I smelled the odor on the pillows so I got rid of them in the middle of the night. When I woke up I realized that the bed and floor had been urinated on prior to my arrival. My body and hair was covered in the smell of a strangers bodily fluids. I was absolutely mortified!!! On top of that… There are no elevators from self parking to the main hotel. We had a lot of bags and a baby stroller that we had to carry in on the escalator. My sister was injured on the escalator while getting off with the baby stroller. Her shoe got jammed at the bottom and her toes were cut by the metals. When we made the staff aware they were more concerned with us not being on the carpets with our baby stroller than assisting my sister with her injuries. I bought this to the manager and security’s attention. All that was offered to us after this experience was $50 breakfast credit for 4 people and I still had to pay full price for my stay. I travel often and never complained before. That was my 4th visit to that hotel and I will not be doing business there again.

Rooms could be updated staff is friendly helpful and attentive

It’s was what I have expected which was where I wanted to be on the board walk!! I went with my sisters and we had a wonderful time!! It was our first sisters trip!!

When I arrived at the room, the previous guests Q-tips and dirty tissue were on the floor next to the bed. The toilet paper roll holder was dangling off the wall and the overall building looks like it's not being well maintained throughout. It has declined since the last time I was there a few years ago.

Liter in some areas mainly probably because of guest. Only one place to get quick coffee and always a backup they need to have separate line for just coffee and donuts. It was the Dunkin’ Donuts in the hotel. Gambling the games don’t really pay out. Tropicana Casino much better odds. The bathroom had very little products nowhere near enough for two people. They need shower dispensers not small little samples. The room was old and somewhat dirty. Found a condom wrapper in the floor when we got there. Overall not great!
