As family ,We only stayed for one day and left because the carpet had a terrible smell that triggered a headache, so we decided to switch hotel. We requested a refund, but they refused. The breakfast fell short of expectations. I strongly advise against staying at this place.

Check-in is at 3 PM. And when I got there, my room wasn't ready, and they made me wait another 20 minutes. also, they had the audacity to wake me up the next morning at 9 o'clock. Telling me that checkout is at 11 am. They have no consideration for nobody's time.

Overall, we had a nice stay at Caesars Atlantic City. The hotel was clean, the location was great, and the safety and security were top-notch. My only disappointment was the pool information on Expedia. When I booked, the pool was listed as an amenity, but I only learned the day before arrival that there was an additional fee and that pool access was restricted to guests 21+. Since I was traveling with children, this was very disappointing. I would recommend making these restrictions much clearer during the booking process. Aside from that, we enjoyed our stay.

Clean rooms and staff were pleasantly nice and accommodating
