Parking was not easy. It was advertised as free parming and the explanation made it seem simple enough but finding free street parking in the area is not easy and you co stantly have to move your vehicles.

Great hotel in an excellent spot very nice facilities comfortable bed just everything you need for a city break in the heart of Beacon Hill

We loved it! It was clean, thoughtful, and centrally located. We stayed with young kids and booked the one bedroom suite. It was so nice to have a bigger space so we didn’t feel like we were crowding each other. The bathroom was also beautiful. Since our room was on the main floor, they provided a noise machine which we found incredibly thoughtful. I was a little worried that concierge was not on site, but I worried for nothing! They run a very great system! We will definitely stay again while in Salem.

The staff was always ready to help, very friendly, and accommodating. Will definitely return. Short walk to Little Italy.
