Frank was a great host and nothing was too much to ask of him. Great breakfast and Frank was always around for helpful advice. Great character to the inn with each room having its own charm and nice gardens and patio. Fantastic location in a great village in beautiful countryside.

Beautiful property with a relaxing spa

I was actually surprised at how nice this place was for the price that I was being charged. The grounds were beautiful, right by the river. There was a fire pit you could use and a hot tub outside. The room was a little small, but very modern and clean. The only thing that was a bummer was that they ran out of s’mores and that the restaurant wasn’t open. I like they have little cabins that you can rent and I hope to come back and rent one. I would definitely suggest this to others.

Place is pretty dirty and run down. The sheets were stained and hairs in the sheets. The staff seemed like they were miserable. At least we didn’t get bed bugs was a plus after reading the reviews.

We enjoyed our stay at Field Guide Lodge. The staff was very helpful and we had a very nice room. The breakfast they provided in the morning was very impressive. The only thing we had trouble with is all the stairs...without an elevator taking our luggage up and down the stairs was a little difficult but would not stop us from staying there again.

It was an amazing place! I will hopefully be back soon.
