South Holland Vacation Packages

The description for the hotel made it sound like it was close by all the famous landmarks. However, it was more than a 20 minute walk or more and not at all close to the river. In addition, the staff was not welcoming except for one young lady at the front desk (wish we got her name) and one other young lady when we checked out. When I first arrived, I stood there in line, for a good 5 minutes and all 5 staff members didn’t look up to at least acknowledge that I was there. When it came to my turn, I also did not get a welcoming greeting. The hotel changed to an independent hotel so I was already skeptical of how the new management will be. The bar/restaurant next door was dark and quiet. The lobby furniture is outdated. Overall, rooms were clean but it had a musty smell. I would not stay at this hotel again.

Great place will be staying again

Fantastic stay!

Property was maintained very well, very clean with some artful style. Staff reaponsed quickly fie any needs or inquiry. Feels like a home. Community is safe and neighbors are nice. Street parking is reletively easy.
