Nice and very clean hotel

Amazing location. Rooms a spacious and clean. Staff is knowledgeable and helpful.

Our stay was excellent! The space was as promised and very comfortable for a family of 5. We love the Public House that was on site and the beautiful neighbourhood! It was a wonderful overnight stay!

The hotel was clean, front desk staff were all friendly and helpful. The location was very convenient for walking around downtown Ottawa. My only issue was the onsite parking. While the hotel advertises self parking on site, wasn't clear that parking is limited. At the time of check in we were advised that the hotel was sold out so if we found a parking spot, not to move our vehicle or we might not find another one, and would be forced to use public parking lots. Otherwise, our stay was enjoyable.

This was a family stay for Canada Day. The hotel is very enjoyable, especially the convenience of the Spa next door. Great facility, and staff at the hotel and Spa were very professional. The Japanese restaurant is a very savoury addition to the property and the food was delicious. I’d definitely recommend this hotel and would love to return.
