The parking situation is very unclear. There is a small sign far from the lot that warns of towing but nothing in the area where you park. No significant warnings in communications with host.

The room was spacious and clean. Close to new haven union station, yale university and downtown. We enjoyed the pool, gym and the rooftop. Check in and check out process were very smooth. Sarah was very responsive to our questions. Would def stay here again.

The hotel and room were very nice and clean. The staff did not offer me a room upgrade, which I was entitled to. The city of New Haven was a big disappointment. The park near Yale was disgusting. Trash was everywhere. We were also very nervous walking around at night. We had one guy follow us and asking for money. I didn’t realize New Haven had a big crime rate. On the other hand, Yale was beautiful, and we had delicious apizza at Sally’s. We stayed for one night and were happy to get out of NH in the morning.

Great! Good coffee kiosk near lobby! Good cappuccino, etc.

Beautiful ocean front location. Private Sandy Beach. Clean and well maintained. Great onsite pub and restaurant. We enjoyed our stay so much!
