Very disappointed. The room would not cool down even at 60 degrees and remained uncomfortably hot. We also found a large dead cockroach in the cabinet. This raised serious concerns about cleanliness and overall maintenance.

My room was clean. Some cleaning supplies was left in there on the counter but that was fine. However my room was extremely hot, I didn't get any sleep that night because of that. I turn the air down some more it still was hot. Other than that! It was fine.

It could use some updating, but that’s not as important as other things. It was clean and spacious. Most outstanding was staff’s wonderful attitude and helpfulness! I’ve stayed in many hotels in my lifetime but never experienced staff as cheerful and kind.
