Our time at this hotel was nothing short of amazing. The recently renovated rooms were immaculate and offered ample space, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing stay. What's more, the entire hotel appeared to have been fully renovated, boasting a fresh, modern look.

In passing through Roanoke overnight, we decided on this property based off the Expedia rating. It didn't disappoint! As members we already had a sizable discount added on top of accumulated stay money , so it was extremely reasonable in price for the night. Our king bed suite was huge, large bathroom with nice tiled shower surround. We feel the best part was the adjoining restaurant, Suerte, a Spanish Tapas restaurant. It was excellent. Waitress was very nice, all our food choices were great! So for our one night stay and the restaurant experience, we would highly recommend!!

Last time I use this place to stay. I made the reservation and when I get there, they required me to call my boss for credit card authorization since the card doesn't have my name on it. This has been the ONLY Hoilday in that has done this. Not 3 weeks before, the better Holiday Inn received us and absolutely no issues. I asked for the money to be put back into the card and they refused. Little did I know there were 2 other "guests" being treated in the exact same manner. All working for a company and all having to do the same thing.
