Room was clean staff was friendly

Bathroom walls were dirty and pool was closed for renovation.

Great place, tons of spiders.

The beds were comfortable and the sheets were nice.

Breakfast was terrible biscuits fall apart bacon was gross and glued together in chunks no cereal no fresh cut fruit canned cocktail had way better choices at Hampton inn also room too small about 280 square feet also hall carpet very dirty

Staff was nice, willing to be helpful. Clean rooms. I'd stay again.

The location was convenient & one of the best parts of our stay. Check-in is at a separate location, but staff there were very friendly at arrival. Finding our specific condo was a bit confusing since the building and floor numbering seemed out of order. The entry to the unit was also unusual—it was accessed through a small shared space between two condos, which made unloading luggage awkward. Cleanliness was the biggest issue. The main living area floor needed to be mopped, with visible residue on it. The coffee table & other surfaces were sticky, & the glass on the back door was covered in handprints. In the bathroom, there were visible hairs & mold around the tub. The shower curtain was too short for the shower, & the curtain rod was difficult to move, causing water to end up on the floor where mold had developed. The pull-out sofa mattress was not usable. When we removed the cushions, we found hair and dirt on the mattress. It was also very uncomfortable. we ended up booking at a different location for 2 guests because of this. The master bed, however, was very comfortable. One final frustration was lack of information about trash disposal. There were no directions in the unit on dumpster location. I tried calling the front desk for over two hours without an answer. The virtual/text assistant wasn’t helpful & indicated someone would call me back, but no one ever did. Location & master bed were positives, but improvements in cleanliness & communication are needed
