Comfort Inn Elko
The lock on the door was broken, the toilet was rocking, the ONLY ice machine was broken and the two exits other than the main entrance couldn’t be used to enter. When reporting it to the front desk, all I got was a stony stare down. DO BETTER.

Checked the website didn’t see the pool and hot tub were closed. Pretty disappointed by that as we drove 9 hours to get there.
