Clean room and the staff was friendly.

Our whole stay the elevators were under constant malfunction. Every ride to and from room was 10-15 minute wait for an elevator you could get on. Staff wasn’t that friendly. Always hurried, over anxious to get you moved along, and not that helpful with issues. My truck was too big for self park so we had to use valet. Those guys are the rudest of all. No patience, rude, and too self absorbed to help you. Then they still expect a tip.. ha!

As family ,We only stayed for one day and left because the carpet had a terrible smell that triggered a headache, so we decided to switch hotel. We requested a refund, but they refused. The breakfast fell short of expectations. I strongly advise against staying at this place.

Check-in is at 3 PM. And when I got there, my room wasn't ready, and they made me wait another 20 minutes. also, they had the audacity to wake me up the next morning at 9 o'clock. Telling me that checkout is at 11 am. They have no consideration for nobody's time.
