Chosen for its convenient location to USC, would definitely good back for its friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was warm and delicious and the ever essential coffee was plentiful. The hot shower was also very welcome!

Comfortable Bed, clean, staff was pleasant from the time we checked in through our entire stay. Good location to usc price was good considering it was game weekend. Would definitely stay again and recommend.

This hotel looks nice on the outside but on the inside it’s disgusting (the room). It smelled like dog, the floors were sticky the beds were hard, the shower was clogged and the toilet wouldn’t flush unless you held the handle down. I literally checked out a day early because I couldn’t take it anymore.

Hands down the cleanest,best priced affordable place I've ever had the pleasure of staying.feels more like home than a hotel.id give them 10 stars if I could.no complains what so ever.
