Hotel is old but clean. Small and very loud.

There was no upfront information that stated that there would be another room charge for deposit. I would have thought that the usual deposit for amenities would have been less. There was also nothing stating in town rentals are different from out-of-town rentals. I don't think rentals should have origination qualifiers based on driver's license. Breakfast times should be adhered to and not shorten by a half an hour. One more item to note; if there is a parking fee it should be noted.

It is close to I25 and hwy 50. It is pet friendly All rooms smelled like smoke, there was a cigarette mark on the non smoking table that was in my non smoking room. Table had two small bugs when I walked in. The curtains wrinkled . The ac did not work. When I had to pay for an upgrade the room was better but barely tolerable. Still smelled like smoke.

The place was WONDERFUL!! Beautiful views. Would love to come back. Only reason I didn't give it a 5 star review is because the TVs didn't work.

Wonderful, hotel restoration…lovely tiled bathroom. One improvement needed, a chair in space for at least putting on shoes.

Would have been nice if lock code worked more than once
