The staff was amazing and the hotel was very clean and comfortable.

I booked this hotel very last minute with no time to cancel. I only read the reviews afterwards and I got so extremely worried! The stay was better then I thought and I was so relieved! The building is aged, I especially noticed that in the bathroom but it wasn't extremely terrible ! I'm a very fussy person and I left satisfied so I was very thankful! Staff was very help and checking in and out was easy ! The room was clean and a good size. It's in a good spot in the city as well.

It was a convenient location. However be prepared for the amount of unhoused individuals in this area. It felt very unsafe walking around the area the hotel is in. There were individuals directly outside the front doors.

Room needs a good spring cleaning , found a crack pipe in the couch when I went to clean it. The couch is not a pull out. It’s close to downtown and reasonable walk to Roger’s place if your in good health

Staff were great from check-in right to breakfast. Hallways are oddly dark. Pillows are awful and no true comforter on the bed was surprising but very low cost through a third party booking site so maybe that’s to be expected. Lobby is beautiful.
