The room was very cold, even with the air conditioning turned off. I was uncomfortable. Room was a good size , esp for Manhattan hotel ( they upgraded me , as a surprise, which was nice). Good location. Furniture seemed old & dated. Clean.

Staff was great but that’s about it. Rooms and bathrooms are extremely small. You can hear everything from the hallways

Fabulous experience. Front desk staff was extremely helpful, friendly, and efficient. Especially while checking-in. Would come back again! Rooms are thoughtfully designed and have amazing views!

The hotel itself was fine. The rooms were really nice size. We happened to be there during the heatwave. The lobby and hallways were so hot. We happened to see the thermostat in a shared area and it was 93 degrees. I understand it was unseasonably hot, but for the workers sake, that seems very unfair. Maybe the AC was broken but then that should have been shared.

Poor check in. Arrive 1am and gave us a very far room that wasn’t prepared. Had to walk bak and move everything to another wing 2 blocks away

Great, spacious room for the price. Great location as well - everything within walking distance. Only issue is the carpet is old, smells and needs to be replaced.
