St. Ansgar Vacation Packages

I asked to be moved to a different room my second night because it was very muggy in my basement level room. The hallway had several dehumidifiers running, so that was a big clue. The second night I was above ground level, so the room was more comfortable, but the air conditioner was substandard. The ceiling in the bathroom was heavily spotted with mold. This hotel needs to be renovated.

Clean room. Good environment. Just needs a closer convenience store open late.

We always make this our stop on our way to Minnesota. It’s always been consistently clean, amazingly friendly staff and the breakfast is always fresh.

Stayed two nights. Their WiFi instructions confusing. You don't have to pay for it. Room was clean. No making of bed after first night. Overall, for price,Okay.

It seemed ok at first but then I got off the elevator in the 3rd floor and the air was damp and warm and I felt like I couldn’t breathe very well, assuming a mold problem. I woke up at 4:30 am coughing and couldn’t stop. Had to leave because I have had mold reaction before and it felt the same. An hour later down the road I felt much better. Later in the day found I also have itchy welps on my hands. I can’t be certain but am hoping it’s not bedbugs. The rooms didn’t seem too bad just by sight though.

What an amazing home! I felt welcome and loved. Thank you to the best hosts I’ve had in a long time! Breakfast was absolutely beautiful and yummy! I couldn’t have asked for a better getaway from life!

It was a really nice room and despite the thermostat not working, I was able to keep the room cool with the AC unit when I needed it on.
