We were unable to stay at the property because there was a family emergency and no one there to help us check in. We did receive a sincere apology. We met a couple who stays there and they love it. There is nothing resortlike about this property. It is a motel on a busy intersection in a town with nothing to do. We stayed north at the Blue Buffalo Resort and it was fabulous!

The staff both at the front desk and at off-hours customer support were extremely kind and helpful. We had a flight delayed/postponed over to the next day and were worried our hotel/stay would get cancelled. We were able to reach out to the off hours support team who made a note of our late arrival and then the front desk staff ensured our room was ready and available for when we reach.

Our toilet wouldn’t work. They refused to give us a new room because they were booked solid. They said I could try and plunge it with this strange pump plunger but all it did was get dirty water everywhere. Really gross. They offered no discount for the fact that we had no working toilet. Their suggestion was to go across the street to the gas station.

I had never stayed at a Motel 6 before, and I was not prepared for what we experienced at this property. Overall, the hotel felt unfinished, poorly maintained, and very cheaply constructed. The carpet throughout the stairways and hallways was stained and clearly needed to be vacuumed, while the rooms had very cheap laminate flooring and generally felt like they had been thrown together with little attention to quality or detail. I could have overlooked the overall condition and poor construction of the property, but the cleanliness of the bathroom was much harder to ignore. When we walked in, there was an unpleasant odor. There were dried urine droplets on the outside of the toilet bowl, and the floor surrounding the toilet also appeared very dirty. The beds appeared to be clean overall; however, I found long black hairs in each of the beds, as well as on one of the towels we used. After already seeing the condition of the bathroom, this made me seriously question how thoroughly the room had been cleaned before our arrival. Needless to say, it was not a restful night’s sleep. I understand that you get what you pay for, and I certainly wasn’t expecting luxury at this price point, but I do expect a hotel room to be clean. Unfortunately, based on our experience, I would not recommend this property.

Everything was exceptional, very clean room, and all the amenities,full kitchen and the hot tub was a bonus! The day we were leaving we were able to see all the crafts during labor day weekend. It was fantastic, was able to buy souvenirs to bring home. It is also very close to West Yellowstone entrance so we were able to make it to 3 entrances of the Park. I would definitely return!
